Stock shortages may cause some delays in shipment.

1 - How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Delivery is estimated within 10 business days. Please allow for an extra 1-3 business days added to the delivery time to account for the order processing and preparing time. During rush days/ holidays, please allow a few extra days for the courier to deliver your order.

2 - Can I Track My Order?

As soon as we create a shipping label for your order, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking information to track your order.

3 - Can I Change My Address?

Please contact us before your item has been dispatched. We are unable to change the address after it has been shipped.

4 - Can I Get Delivery to Countries Outside of the US?

We offer shipping to the USA and Canada. If you’re in a country where shipment isn’t available, please contact us and we’ll see if we can get your desired items shipped out to you.
